In this written statement, Meheramāna Nhuche Pradhāna declares that he is not willing to bid more than 80 moru for the gambling license at the market square of Asan for the years VS 1959-1961, which is four moru less than his rival. Furthermore, he will not contest the result of the auction.[ed. by Simon Cubelic in collaboration with Rajan Khatiwoda]
