This copperplate inscription records a donation by Buddhirekhā Godārni of a variety of implements to Paśupati and the emancipation of a female slave named Dhanāvati. The witnesses include Buddhirekhā's son, daughters, a daughter-in-law, grandsons and others.[ed. by Manik Bajracharya]
